1. Acceptance. By using Scamtrustor you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Reviews. You are responsible for the content of your reviews. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and not defamatory. Do not submit fake reviews. Do not review entities you own or are affiliated with without disclosure.

3. Prohibited conduct. You may not: submit false or misleading information; attempt to manipulate Trust Scores; use automated tools to submit reviews or reports; harass other users; attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access.

4. Intellectual property. Content you submit remains yours. You grant Scamtrustor a licence to display it publicly. Scamtrustor's branding, design, and code are protected by copyright.

5. Disclaimer. Scamtrustor Trust Scores are informational only. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Do not make financial or legal decisions based solely on Scamtrustor scores. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform data.

6. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scamtrustor operates.
